Applicant should possess the following skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in hardscaping sales or related field
• Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Measuring jobs and meeting with potential clients to discuss landscaping needs
• Preparing estimates based on measurements and customer needs
• Sending accurate estimates promptly
• Communicating professionally with leads, new and existing customers, office staff, and other employees
• Following up with potential leads and answering any questions
• Responsible for helping all jobs go through a system from creation and scheduling to completion
